1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdplus", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bdplus platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the bdplus website accessible at https://bdplus.net, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment interfaces available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on bdplus following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support services made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held in your bdplus Account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit amount must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdplus. By creating an Account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions unconditionally and agree to comply with them at all times.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity without their express written authorisation.

bdplus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of bdplus is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bdplus operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
• Residency: The Platform is operated with a primary focus on players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under any compulsion, disorder, or impairment that would affect your ability to understand and accept these Terms.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with bdplus or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on bdplus. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

bdplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdplus Services, you are required to create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. bdplus relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. bdplus shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your Account.

bdplus conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

Accounts created using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information will be permanently closed without notice. Any funds associated with fraudulently created accounts may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdplus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions conducted through your Account while logged in with your credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated them. bdplus shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdplus support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. bdplus may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted, in order to protect your funds.

bdplus employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for account logins. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA as an additional security measure.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

bdplus accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bdplus Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. In most cases, deposits via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are credited within seconds.

bdplus does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where bdplus expressly authorises an alternative method at its discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending satisfactory identity documentation. bdplus aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes; in exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

bdplus reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Players will be informed if additional information is required. Requests flagged for fraud investigation may be held for a longer period.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bdplus reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, applied against the available account balance, until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied, provided a valid email address is registered to the account.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bdplus offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only with respect to the matter in conflict.

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the relevant promotion details.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings do not form part of your withdrawable balance until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• bdplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly prejudice players who have already commenced wagering activity under the relevant offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating play with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game or games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in the promotion terms.

8. Game Rules and Betting

All casino games available on bdplus are provided by third-party game studios including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, are governed by bdplus sports betting rules, which are published separately on the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bdplus does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest error by bdplus.
• In the event of a game or match being abandoned, voided, or postponed without completion, bdplus reserves the right to void associated bets and return stakes to the player's Account.
• bdplus reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any market or any player at its discretion.
• Winnings are paid to your Account balance following settlement of the relevant game round or sporting event.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bdplus will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's Account.

bdplus's decision on any disputed game result, bet settlement, or technical matter shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 16.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to deposit funds. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf, without express written authorisation from bdplus.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes in betting odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of manifest errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bdplus complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your Account.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of bdplus.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. bdplus holds appropriate licences to display such content on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. bdplus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance from time to time. Advance notice of scheduled maintenance will be provided where reasonably practicable.

13. Privacy and Data

bdplus collects, processes, and stores personal data about players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdplus processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications where you have provided consent. bdplus does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless resolved earlier through the complaints procedure described in Section 16.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
